Are the goods faulty or incomplete?
If you find a defect on the product while unpacking or if the delivery contents do not correspond to the enclosed invoice or to your order, then please let us know this immediately using the Contact Form.

The product does not meet your expectations?
No problem at Hammerkauf.de. Send us the complete product in the original box, packed in a further covering box within 14 days of receipt. We will refund your accruing shipping costs on presentation of the receipts.

Please make sure that your return is complete, that there are no signs of usage and that it was not put into operation. Then we can give you a 100 per cent refund of the original amount of purchase.

Please place the following certificate of return completed with your data as well as a copy of the invoice with your return.In case you cannot print it out, please put your own datasheet in the package with your name, address and contact information (telephone, email) as well as—very important—the reference number of the invoice.Also, please do not forget to indicate your account information.The specification of the reason for return is optional; however it does help us to be able to make you better offers in future.
